My apartment is a very comfortable space and has a musical theme. There are 2 leather sofas that have 4 recliner seats on each end, seats 5 people comfortably. There are 5 musician figuerines strategically placed throughout and a 30" Zildjian gong in the living area. I also have some small antique musical instruments decorating the tops of cupboards in the Kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a toilet, bathtub/shower and one sink, the other is larger with a toilet, shower and one sink. Everywhere is rentable except one bedroom/bath, and patio area. There is shopping and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown area. Parking is free, there is one designated space and numerous guest parking throughout.
