This studio is a fully equipped movie studio that includes multiple sound stages and unique creative sets that can bring any production visual to life. The studio can be use for movie productions ,short films , music videos, photoshoots, content creation, Podcast recording, music record, live recording performance production - 18,000 sf soundproofed studios - Two (2) soundstages: Stage 1: 4,200 sq. ft open area within 7,500 sq. ft. space includes green pre-lit hard CYC (30′ x 25′ x 16′ grid) - Stage 2: 7,500 sq. ft. includes two-wall hard cyc (55′ x 25′ x 16′ grid) - Multiple green screen technology allows production value of appearing to have traveled anywhere in the world with the cost effectiveness of shooting in an easy-access controlled environment. - There is over 10 different sets area plus over 30 different backdrop wall. - Make-up Room, - Conference Area with large screen viewing capabilities - Production Offices - Mac editing bays, - Audio suite, - Production offices with WiFi, - Woodshop, - Makeup and wardrobe facilities.

**Enhanced Cleaning Measures:** - High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected. - Before each booking, hosts are required to: - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and thoroughly clean the space. - Provide a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol. - Clean all common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and sanitize dishes, silverware, and any other provided amenities, as needed. - Empty garbage and replace with fresh liners in all bins
