It's an interior (off-street) unit so it's very quiet, and the tree-lined street boasts a pretty mountain view. There are two nice size bedrooms upstairs - both with en suite bathrooms, plus a powder room downstairs. There are also two small, private outdoor spaces - a cute patio off the dining room and a nice size balcony off the main bedroom. There is a sweet gas fireplace in the jewel-toned living room, a large, gorgeous rustic dining room table/chairs in the dining area.
