The home sleeps up to sixteen people; night overnight pricing available via Airbnb & VRBO. *A Security Deposit and rental contract are required. This home has two wood burning fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. The lot size is approximately .66 acres with ample gated backyard space to play and relax. A swing set is provided for children. Yard games: bocce ball, croquet, and Corn hole are provided. A licensed bartender is available for hire with experience in this space. The great room can accommodate a dance party for up to seventy people. Parking is onsite in a large driveway, as well as street parking.

Professional cleaning of all surfaces occurs between each booking. Cleaners are trained and adhere to Covid-19 protocols and guidelines. All bedding and towels are laundered between guests, including comforters.
