Scouts / Walkthroughs We offer complimentary 15-minute scouts prior to booking. Tell us when you’d like to stop by, and we’ll coordinate a time that works. House Guidelines No pets. No glitter/confetti. No adult shoots/content. If you’re bringing props, set pieces, or food that may create a mess, please plan time for cleanup within your booking to avoid additional cleaning fees. You’re welcome to use costumes/props from the dressing rooms as long as everything is returned to its original place afterward. Please wrap on time - there may be another booking scheduled right after yours. If you think you’ll need extra time, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate an extension. Overnight bookings/shoots are available at no additional cost (just request it when booking). If your production requires stage lighting, please note: With a standard rental, we provide one static lighting look (no changes during the booking). We will set this look within the first 10 minutes of your booking time. If you need multiple lighting cues (color changes, different looks/positions, lighting design/programming, or someone to run lights for a shoot or live performance), you’ll need to hire our in-house Lighting Designer (add on). Haze machine automatically included with the designer If your production requires audio support beyond basic use: If you need to connect live instruments to our PA system, or you require someone to operate the sound board and run playback, you’ll need to hire an additional Sound Technician (add on) If you’d like to serve alcohol, please add the Concession Bar Add-On. Note that we do not provide alcohol - you have to to bring your own. Think of this as a corkage-style fee for serving alcohol on-site. A bartender is available only with the Concession Bar Add-On. They can serve the drinks of your choice—based on whatever beverages you provide. The Snack Bar Add-On includes a variety of snacks for your guests - grab-and-go.
