California Casual Designer Home

Large family home with designer kitchen and bathrooms. Filled with plants, unique art and stylish touches. Multiple indoor/outdoor spaces, a large, lush backyard and even an outdoor shower! This is California casual style at its best with added personality. The main areas are living room, large eat-in kitchen with a 8 ft rustic dining table and fireplace, the primary bedroom and two designer bathrooms- one with a claw foot tub and the other with a large indoor/outdoor shower and private courtyard. Because this is a family home, not a vacation rental we can't accommodate every request and the calendar shows general times available. If you'd like to book outside of these times, please inquire. If you provide details of the nature of your shoot when you book, we'll make sure the space is ready for you! We do have studios in the backyard on the property where we work during shoots. Usually noise or privacy isn't too much of an issue, but to be sure please let us know if your shoot is noise sensitive or requires privacy for any reason and we'll make sure we can accommodate you. If you need clean sheets or towels for any reason, please let us know beforehand. If you are planning a shower shoot specifically, please let us know beforehand and we'll make sure the showers are ready for you.
