CLEANING & DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS In addition to our existing cleaning protocols, we have added a daily, deep-cleaning and disinfecting process for the studios, bathrooms, and common areas. Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants designated effective against COVID-19 will be used. HAND SANITIZER & HAND WASH STATIONS Touchless hand sanitizers are provided in the studio and common area in addition to touchless soap dispensers. Renters are asked to use hand sanitizer and to wash hands when entering and exiting the building and studios and frequently throughout their rental. Our hand sanitizer kills up to 99.9% of germs and includes 70% ethyl alcohol, in line with the CDC’s guidelines of 60%, plus Vitamin E and aloe vera. SANITIZER SPRAY Sanitizer spray is provided in the studio to be used on high-touch surfaces during each rental. The spray is a one-step sanitizer and cleaner, with no wipe required. MODIFIED HOURS We adjusted our operating hours to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting. FACE MASKS Masks are required. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT All rental payments and key purchases will be completed online for your safety. Any key exchanges will be contactless or take place outdoors. ENTRY & EXIT Please arrive and enter the building at the time of rental, no earlier. Renters must leave promptly after their rental in order to avoid congregation in common areas. BATHROOM The studio has its own designated bathroom. AIR CIRCULATION/HVAC/VENTILATION All units are equipped with CDC Recommended MERV-13 Filters, rated to effectively filter extremely small particles. Please leave windows open whenever possible to provide ventilation and air circulation.
