Stunning Outdoor Tuscan Space with Lower Level Terrace and Groves

Come experience and utilize the vast and diverse outdoor space of this beautiful Tuscan estate. The architecture is a combination of German, Swiss, and Italian influences. There are an abundance of natural backdrops available for photoshoots and filming. Our upper deck overlooks the beautiful city of Camarillo and our European-Style Bistro Cafe located on the lower level courtyard is adjacent to a vineyard and just a hop and a step away from a long grove of olive trees that canopy the path beneath. Walk through various paths that offer intimate, picture-worthy environments. The property is full of diverse landscapes such as Dwarf Red Fescue, large Sycamore, European white birch, Liquid Amber, and California Pepper Trees along with grapevines and 100-year-old olive trees. Nestled within the landscape you'll find a bocce ball court, private fire pit area, and a greenhouse all to be utilized for filming and photography. The upper deck is fully decorated with outdoor furniture and seating to accommodate a large number of guests. The lower deck is equipped with over a dozen bistro tables and chairs that sit idly under a large tree and carefully placed string lighting. Exceptions for larger number of guests for filming purposes in the back patio may be discussed directly with the host in advance. In addition to the beautiful outside landscape you will also be provided access to an authentic wine production room. As you navigate through this room towards the Medieval dungeon bathroom you'll be greeted by a unique dungeon lobby with triple bull nosed French lime stone steps and floor with a rams horn style hand rail. Unique arched art niches adorn the walls and picturesque backdrops surround the space. Both Filmmakers and Photographers will be in awe of the possibilities in these spaces.
