It's also accessible via public transportation by PATH Train from the Macy's Midtown NYC PATH Station at 33rd Street (22 minutes) or the World Trade Center PATH Station (11 minutes). We are very close to the Journal Square PATH Station in Jersey City with driveway parking and street parking both available with advance notice. The home features a colorful array of authentic contemporary and antique Japanese wedding kimonos; brightly polished copper pots, pans and chocolate molds; a global menagerie of stuffed plush animals including a 10-foot long boa constrictor, a 5 foot long white Siberian tiger and a 4-foot high giraffe; plus lots of Disney, MLB baseball and sports memorabilia. Indoor features include a changing area ideal for hair and makeup; and a tranquil 30-gallon aquarium with Buddha statue, artificial jellyfish and a miniature pink and blue octopus. There's also an ocean-themed mermaid-ready indoor lap pool located in the basement, a lush backyard garden that includes multiple raised plant beds with flowers, tall rose bushes, a working lion-head terracotta wall fountain, and a turquoise Thai spirit house direct from Thailand. The front area is not an actual front yard, but is heavily landscaped and decorated with pink and purple flowers both artificial and real. ADA stairlifts / chairlifts are available for your use on all three levels of the home including outdoors, starting from the front door and going down to the curb that can carry up to 300 lbs of camera, lighting or sound equipment or people plus gear.
