EXTERIOR: The 7,500 sq ft backyard includes an expansive Heated Pool, deck with patio furniture & tall palm trees surrounding. Plenty of street parking is available for load-in & guests. A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking. PLEASE NOTE: *If you're loading in & out heavy items, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors. * If your group exceeds 12, please note that you will be required to bring your own porta-potty. *Please do NOT inquire for LATE NIGHT PARTIES or HOUSE PARTIES, we cannot accommodate due to residential noise restrictions. * Guests with allergies should be aware that the space hosts dogs outside of bookings.
