Inspired by the French villas of the Cote d'Azur, the property is located 40 miles from Washington D.C. in the beautiful rolling hills of Southern Maryland along the picturesque Patuxent river, and is our own slice of heaven on earth. The estate has been an ever-evolving work of love since 1977. The location is available for exclusive private micro events with a capacity of maximum 30 guests. We also offer elopement packages for <10 guests on a different pricing, please contact to discuss. You will have access to the lower marble courtyard and gardens as well as the covered indoor/outdoor dining area at the main house, with dining seating up to 30 persons. You will also have access to bathrooms in the main house as well as changing areas as needed. Use of the indoor pool and upper gardens may be available upon request. Access to additional areas of the main house is possible for very small events on a case by case basis.
