Elevator building - so no climbing up the stairs with your equipment! NATURAL LIGHT: Corner penthouse suite with SW facing windows - flooded with natural light all day, with direct sunlight in the afternoon. Can be fully blacked out with our automatic roller shades. FURNITURE: Pictured furniture is normally in the studio. Additional furnishings from our other studios can be made available upon request pending availability, please check our other listings. EQUIPMENT: Fully equipped for your production needs. Whatever you need we likely have it. All standard grip equipment is provided, as well as strobes & continuous lighting. For more demanding productions, we also offer various professional lighting solutions from Profoto & Aputure for an additional rental fee. CYCLORAMA: 12' x 14' corner cyc with 9' clearance height. Overheard support truss with standard baby pin adjustable mounting points so you can configure your lighting however you wish. 3x Aputure 80C's are available for rent, come pre-installed and can be adjusted via Sidus Link & our studio iPad Mini with Sidus app to perfectly light the cyc in bright white or full RGB. We also provide black curtains along a track on the wall and black rugs can black-out the entire cyc for a full black backdrop. ON-SITE HELP: $25 for seamless backdrop set up assistance $100 for grip assistance / lighting setup Additional Crew Hire available on-site **PLEASE NOTE** - We do not charge a standard cleaning fee; we ask clients to upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented. If the space is left unclean or disorganized, a cleaning fee surcharge of $55 will be applied. - We keep our cyc clean & white. While we do not repaint after each booking, we do clean as best as possible between sessions; be advised that some light scuffing or marks may still be visible. If you wish to request a fresh coat of paint for the cyc to be as white as possible, this can be provided for an additional fee. - The building does not have a doorman on Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays after 6pm. During those days/hours you will be responsible for physically letting in members of your team as they arrive.
