The initial space is in use Mondays to Saturdays as JEI Learning Center. We are an afterschool academy that specializes in early child development and helps develop confidence in children with an individually paced, step-by-step learning program. Therefore, we have adequate space for over 50+ children at any given time. Some key points of our space include: - newly renovated spaces all around - a private room - 4 bathrooms - a connected area between two separate spaces (1100sqt + 1600 sqft) - an adequate play space (1100sqft) - mini rock-climbing space (for children under 13) - an outdoor area (1500sqft) - dozens of tables and chairs We believe that the area can be utilized by childcare professionals or even as a birthday party venue.
