Offered is a classic single family home, there are 6 bedrooms total (fully furnished). Large updated kitchen, 12' dining table, and a great outdoor porch area. In the main floor living room, there is a 65" TV and a cozy fireplace. We are new to peer space, so we are starting out at $100/hr with a 5 hour minimum. Please contact us for shorter rentals if you would just like to stop by and check out the space. Currently, the home is set up as a full Airbnb, which means it is clean, free of hair, pet hair, and set up as you would expect an Airbnb to look. **Please note, the dining room table is 400+ lbs and we do not want it moved without prior consent.
