This Large (Fishbowl) Conference Room includes a whiteboard and TV for presentations. 10-12 chairs around large conference table with additional 10-15 seats around room. Maximum 22 people in room. Use of the room includes: High speed internet connection (Wired Access Available for Instructor or if VTC is being used), Video & Laptop Compatibility with Large Screens (let us know your adaptor needs ahead of time!), Registration/Sign-in at Front Desk, Bottled Water & Fresh Coffee and Tea with Fixings, In addition, if renting the room for 4+ hours, free of charge, we are happy to have a "Welcome Sign"/Your Logo at the entrance to the facility and at the front desk for your guests. We have additional services you can add-on/utilize, let me know if you'd like more information/pricing about any of these: Full Catered Meals, Delivery Option (i.e. if you order from Fast-Casual or Fast-Food, we can go pick it up & set it up for you), Snack Bar & Drinks (variety of granola bars, chips, cookies, etc. with sparkling water, juice, & soda), Polycom/Conference Phone, and VTC Setup Options.

Providing hand sanitizer and PPE (masks, gloves, etc.) Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used.
