Ob für ein paar Stunden oder einen ganzen Tag: Hier bieten wir Ihnen die perfekte Meeting-Umgebung und auch Ihr Studio für Online-Konferenzen, digitale Events, Streams, Online-Vorträge und alle anderen Formate - ohne dass Sie sich um die Technik kümmern müssen. Im Raum finden Sie in der Regel einen kleinen Konferenztisch für 4 Personen und eine Sitzgruppe mit drei Sesseln für ein Gespräch. Ein Beamer hängt von der Decke und wirft Präsentationen an die Wand. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen ein Stehpult in den Raum, damit die Referenten ihre Unterlagen und Aufzeichnungen im Stehen sehen können. Aber auch jede andere Ausstattung ist möglich: Unser Videokonferenzsystem "Vilma" ist in Sekundenschnelle aufgebaut, der Raum verwandelt sich in ein Schulungsstudio, einen hybriden Konferenzraum oder einen Workshopraum für moderne Formate. Wie wollen Sie Ihre Botschaft in die Welt hinaus tragen? Wir beraten Sie gerne. In diesem Raum können wir Online-Konferenzen mit bis zu drei Kameras, Bildmischern, Richtmikrofonen oder anderen Mikrofonen realisieren. Und dann auf Youtube, Facebook Live, Instagram, Twitch, ... streamen, wo immer Sie Ihre Teilnehmer finden. But any other equipment is also possible: Our “Vilma” video conference system is set up in seconds, the room is transformed into a training studio, a hybrid conference room or a workshop room for modern formats.
