- House needs to be returned back to the way it was prior to. - House needs to be put back to the same order in which it was delivered. i.e. No scuff marks, clean floors, furniture and art put back. - No shoes on carpet upstairs unless there is a cover provided to walk on with shoes. anything broken and/or missing needs to be considered as part of the $200 security deposit. - Should damages exceed more than the security deposit, an invoice will be sent to the production. - Trash must be taken out at the end of production.
