Photo/Video Production Cabin Like UGC Content creation space

Hello! This is a space in my home but also set up for creative photoshoots, content creation and UGC videos jobs/campaigns. I’m addicted to plants so they are everywhere! Update *Kitchen is available for photo shoots and the new vintage noir bedroom nook. See photos! This is a shared space. The space is private but keep in mind also a home so I will be around but in another area leaving you to do your thing. If you need help, someone can easily help anytime needed. There is a restroom to change in and a full length mirror for use. This is best for creators, photographers, models, videographers who need a unqiue new space to take content in, photoshoot collaborations, IG content, product photography staging area, and possibly magazine features of you have the ability to make amazing stuff in a small space. Productions and video are welcomed. Please feel free to ask questions about the area, if you need anything. I have some lighting equipment you can use like soft lighting. Yes you can plug in your own equipment. There are plugs and extensions available. Feel free to bring equipment, I have some lighting, tripods, backdrops, accent lighting if you'd like to use it. Message beforehand for any questions about equipment if you want to know more or I can show you the day of. Lastly, I do have 2 dogs so although I do my best to vacuum and maintain shedding, clean all the time, I want to let you know in case anyone has a dog allergy. Don't worry they won't be in your way, they will be off on a doggy playdate when space is in use.
