We try to do a bit of everything! Some options are: -film and commercial production: we have lots of backdrops and unique spaces great for filming as well as two cyclorama walls. -photography: as mentioned lots of backdrops and furniture! -theater: fully functional 86 seat theater with broadcast capabilities -event space -meeting areas: various comfortable private rooms. -audio recording room: soundproof room with audio recording equipment. We consider ourselves to be the airbnb of production, come here at create!

We do our utmost to maintain a high level of sanitation, especially on high touch surfaces. Sanitizer is available in multiple locations and cleaning occurs between bookings.
