Endless potential in this vibrant space located in bustling Magnolia Park (Burbank, CA)! We are a wall-to-wall visual play space. While the space is packed with vintage clothing, art, housewares, and endless things to create an energetic space, it can absolutely be transformed to accommodate many different gatherings. Space can be easily used for photo or film shoots, music or comedy events, and can also be turned into an intimate venue for galleries and more! Since opening this location in April 2022, we have been using the space for both comedy shows and as a small music venue that can accommodate 20 people seated and up to 20 extra standing room. We have a small stage at the front of the shop that works well for comedy and can also accommodate solo music acts or 3-4 piece bands. We have curated and hosted local artists works on our colorful gallery wall, even hosting art gallery galas! The front room is filled with clothing racks and fixtures that can be rearranged. The back room is permanent displays that create a flow through the space, including a small video game playing lounge. We have 2 dressing rooms available, an office space, a small bathroom and a small kitchen area including a convection oven, microwave, and full-sized fridge/freezer. We also have a small back storage area that could be used in many different ways. WIFI, air conditioning, a Bluetooth speaker, and other amenities upon request. We are excited to work with any and all people and groups interested in our space! We're make-it-happen people, so let's make what you want happen!
