This is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends. The front bedroom has massive wall size windows where you can enjoy Glorious open sky contrasted with the synergy of Brooklyn down the street. Pick the Front Bedroom if you enjoy bright MORNINGS!(On sunny days;). There’s blackout curtains and shades to cover the windows when required. The Back Bedroom has colorful Lush and Cozy vibes. The wide balcony is an extended beautiful amenity. SUNSETS are magical in the back bedroom! The living room is full of Art to enjoy. All the murals throughout the apartment are hand painted by my partner and myself, and all the framed art is hand crafted by my mother, she sign as “YAMARPI”. Plants throughout the apartment are flourishing and gleaming natural positive energy in the environment. Expect high tranquility in this colorful pied-à-terre.
