Little Blue House near Rustic Downtown

There is no HOA in the area, so makes for easy front and back yard usage. We back up to a commercial building, so no neighbors behind us or across the street from us. Plenty of street parking plus a nearby parking lot and restaurants all within walking distance. In our game room we also have a movie screen for a projector as well as a coffee bar. We are near all major highways off 79 and 35. Close to major hospitals, Round Rock outlets, downtown, Dell Diamond, Samsung, etc. We have plenty of parking, a parking lot across the street, playgrounds and parking nearby in the neighborhood as well.
