Original details include indoor & outdoor gas fireplace, backyard wood burning fire pit with seating, windows, vaulted ceilings. Newly renovated interiors offer fresh and modern design, including updated bathrooms, kitchen w/ dining room, hardwood floors, appliances, and furnishings. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for lifestyle shoots. Detached studio contains 4 working pinball machines. Double gates gives you wide, direct access from driveway to backyard. Please note: the large outdoor sofa in the backyard does not currently have cushions. The oversized outdoor natural color ash wood picnic table is protected by a gray cover when not in use.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
