Our "Community Room" is a flexible, multi-purpose space that is perfect for larger meetings and presentations, or for intimate performances and receptions. It is located on our multi-building church campus. One wall includes a TV / Computer monitor and HDMI cable for presentations.
The space has large windows and can be made open and bright, or curtains can be closed for computer presentations or for a more intimate ambiance.
The space has multiple entrances / exits from the rear and side, allowing easy passage during presentations without bothering participants.
This room is on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. The building does not have an elevator, and thus accessibility may be an issue.
This room is one of several spaces available. Our campus is comprised of multiple buildings: our Sanctuary, Loggia building (meeting rooms), Kloss Hall (reception hall, stage, and kitchen), and our Betsy Woodward Education building (classrooms). As you are booking your request, please be aware that the church spaces, to varying degrees, might be decorated for different holiday seasons such as Advent before Christmas and Lent before Easter. We are happy to discuss in more detail during your inquiry process. Thanks for your flexibility.
Note: the Event Coordinator works Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, (and some Thursdays). Responses may be delayed on other days.
