Dover Studio is a newly renovated studio guest house in Atwater Village. Minimal and spacious, the studio is incredibly versatile and has already been used for a variety of creative needs such as dinner parties, photo/video productions, team meetings, and music recording. The studio includes kitchen, bathroom, standing desk, dining table and upright piano. The sliding door takes you outside to the private backyard with patio dining area, outdoor couch and benches, desert landscaping and all day sunshine. Located on a quiet street in Atwater Village, just off the I-5, Dover Studio is walking distance from great restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as Griffith Park a short drive away. We want to make sure you feel safe in our space. In addition to allowing more time between bookings for deep cleaning, the studio has two entry points that allow plenty of outdoor airflow and a spacious backyard to maintain social distancing.
