We have an 850 square foot studio, with a large blackout portion which is included in the hourly booking price, taking up roughly 475 square feet of the entire studio space. We have blacked out curtains that can be opened, offering both natural and controlled lighting seamlessly. We offer an all inclusive lighting experience for the blackout studio, and ALL of our lights are bi-color and most are RGB with Special FX. Should you need any additional lighting or equipment, we have a plethora of options for further add-ons, listed at the latter end of the pictures. RGB + Bi-Color Lighting Included: • 4 x Magnetic Amaran TFC Tube Lights (Can be placed anywhere on the walls needed) • 4 x Amaran P60c Lights (Permanently installed on ceiling grid) • 3 x Amaran F22c Lights (Permanently installed on ceiling grid) Bi-Color Only Lighting Included: • 2 x Amaran 60x lights with 36º Spotlight attachment (Permanently installed on ceiling grid) Additional items included in the rental: • Fog machine • Vanity station / clothing rack / steamer • Director chair / photography stools • Sand bags / ladders • Tables / chairs • Full-length HD mirror • Heat / AC • Bluetooth speaker • Free wifi Rules & Logistics: • Tours are not free. You must book an hour at $50 for the hour if a tour is needed. • There is a two-hour minimum requirement for all bookings. We do not accept 1 hour requests. • Overtime is 2x the hourly rate. There is a 10-minute grace period. • You rent the time you need. No one is allowed to arrive more than ten minutes before the actual shoot time. • NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN OUR STUDIO PER SHOOT ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken and you will be asked to leave immediately) • NO SMOKING / NO DRINKING / NO FOOD ALLOWED ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken and you will be asked to leave immediately) • NO ONE TO BE OUTSIDE OF THE PRODUCTION AREA ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken and you will be asked to leave immediately) • BE RESPECTFUL TO ANY STAFF ON HAND
