The 1 1/2 acre property has ocean views from all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. All bedrooms have glass sliding doors so you can enjoy the view from within or open the doors to feel the ocean breeze. The spectacular ocean views extend from the Montecito Cemetery, bird refuge, Montecito Club, Santa Barbara zoo and all the way to the harbor. In the backyard you will find a large deck with pool, grassy area, outdoor dining table, large covered seating area with heaters and ceiling fan. Home is accessed by a shared driveway, there is no access from the street.
