Our backyard space has been renovated and continues to be maintained not only for guests at the house, but also as an independent facility to hold gatherings. The backyard has a large patio cooled by two large ceiling fans. The patio itself is also equipped with the grill as well as speakers for light music. The highlight of the backyard really is the pool and waterfall feature itself. There are two patio tables with one large table easily accommodating at least six guests. There are also various trees that are currently growing that give the backyard a more luscious affair. Pool lights as well as solar lights only add to the experience especially at night. We continue to improve the backyard in our line to make it an experience in itself. Another unique feature about the backyard is the outhouse which has complete bathroom facilities for guests. Recently renovated, it makes it easily accessible for guests who are using the backyard. We would consider the space an ideal location for light get-togethers as well as use of the pool. Also an ideal space we feel for outdoor meetings especially with the new upgrades of screen and projector. Give your presentations with more ease in a relaxed setting. A great place for brainstorming those future company plans! The backyard patio is equipped with Bluetooth speakers and a Projector with a full screen. An electric grill is also available for light cooking. The flow of the waterfall is great for creative thought. The large primary table as well as smaller secondary table serve 8+ guests, and can be a great factor for daytime gatherings and meetings as well. Photo shoots especially around the pool and waterfall will also be ideal. In the evening, the space along with the backyard lighting, pool lights gives a completely different feel to be enjoyed. We remain close to many attractions and amenities. These include major attractions of SeaWorld, Lackland AFB which are a mere 15 minutes away. Large retail stores including Walmart or other malls are only 5 minutes. The quiet nature of the suburb we feel is a great outdoor space for gatherings and professional meetings and we hope you will consider us soon.
