Located near Downtown San Diego, the Sanctuary is an indoor & outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. NOTE: Our event space has a 5-hour minimum booking. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. If you’d like to extend your booking beyond the minimum 5 hours, there will be an additional cost of $95 for each extra hour. Guests must pay $40 Cleaning Fee prior to booking your event. Please make sure to add this fee on in the 'Add-ons' section prior to booking. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down. Note: The Sanctuary Event Space requires overnight booking. You may book as little as 4 bedrooms or as large as 33 bedrooms at the same resort. For smaller gatherings of 1 to 39 people, it's optional. Must be 21+ to book events and overnight. Guests under 21 are welcome with supervision. Here’s a quick rundown of our events package (for a 5-hour event): For up to 50 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $800 - Event Tents: $700 - Bamboo Garden: $600 - $10 per extra guest For up to 100 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $1250 - Event Tents: $1100 - Sanctuary: $1950 - $10 per extra guest For up to 150 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $1800 - Event Tents: $1500 - Bamboo Garden: $950 - $10 per extra guest Additional Add-ons As the Sanctuary Event space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include: • Additional Event Space • Photobooth • Staff for your event • Alcohol Package (For alcohol orders: Please place your order by Friday to ensure delivery by the following Monday. Advance notice is appreciated.)
