My corner studio is a 800 sq. ft studio, with wood floors for all dance styles (yes, Flamenco, Tap, and Irish Dance are ok) yoga, fitness classes, music, and more! The studio is rectangular equipped with full-length mirrors, wood floors, and 8 wall-to-wall windows. The building has bathrooms on both levels equipped with changing tables and showers. Bathrooms are secure and only accessible with a code. All ages are welcome in the space. Studio includes * 2 Behringer PA speakers with auxiliary hook ups through a Xenyx q302 USB mixer for full sound. Message me to run on the speakers. Other portable speaker options (Ion Rock Blocker and JBL small speaker) * WiFi 5g and 2.5g - good and fast! * HEPA Air Purifier * Fans and Portable A/C * Hand sanitizing station * Mini-Fridge Tables and chairs are available upon request - please indicate how many chairs you need. Health and safety is a top priority! All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly according to CDC regulations. ADA compliant - ramp is on the side of the building. Located in beautiful Liberty Station with plenty of free parking and access to good coffee and tea, bars, restaurants, Trader Joe's, Vons, specialty shops, and green space - all easily walkable.
