This house works well for photo and video shoots, with a natural flow and layout from the entry living room to the kitchen and then into the main family room with floor to ceiling windows and 13ft ceilings. There’s amazing natural light throughout and the decor is modern but minimalist with mostly black and white tones. The backyard is grass, concrete, and a gravel area with beautiful trees and flowers along the back fence. There’s also a set of white and grey patio furniture. The home is very easy to get to, located on La brea and wilshire, close to the 10 and 101 freeways. There is space on our driveway for parking along with free street parking. The house is located on a no through street so it is quiet and not much traffic.
