Ground floor is an open concept kitchen and great room (> 20' ceilings), accentuated by a gas fireplace. Oversized sectional sofa, 12 person dining room table, and island with stools offers a lot seating configurations for your event. Fifteen windows (including 3 oversize sliding doors) allow for incredible natural light on all sides. Outdoor fireplace on a patio, adjacent to the 525 sq st garage (with large roller doors on 3 sides). For events, only the ground floor of the house is available. Please note that some plants may be seasonally relocated (and therefore may be in different locations from the pictures); if you'd like updated information, please inquire. Banana trees are seasonal to Austin, and will not be present Nov - April.
