This space is nearby a private/community beach, a golf club/restaurant, and a well-known major beach. The layout of the space is described as a 1-floor cottage with various areas to produce content (living space, kitchen, dining area, backyard featuring a hot tub, and fire-pit with Adirondack chairs. Also, this cottage is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and let me not forget the sunsets are stunning! This cottage space can fit up to 2-4 vehicles and has ample grass space. Lastly, this cottage has hosted some amazing guests from content creators, travelers, and families with amazing reviews/feedback.
