This brick & beam mill building has been converted into an open layout studio. This 1300-square-foot production studio is a content creator's dream. It's currently the home to a local company that offers photo, video, and podcast production to it's clients. It comes full stocked with all of the equipment you could need to record videos, and podcasts or capture beautiful photos (inside & out). It offers two courtyard areas that are perfect for outside photo and video production, as well. Conveniently located right off the highway (95), the building is adjacent to a local high school, church and is minutes from downtown. This space is also centrally located between Providence, Worcester & Boston. There is parking available for 2-3. We're currently allowing up to 10 people in the space at once. Currently, can book the studio in hour-long blocks during certain days of the week & weekend. We also offer equipment rentals upon request (microphones, TV's, Tripods, Lights, etc.).
