There is also a newly renovated, custom bathroom, and large windows with vaulted ceilings, that are perfect for any type of shoot and/or video. Excellent natural light and sun-splashed interior, including a brand new open kitchen layout and stone counters. The living room has very large windows that are west and south facing, so the light is beautiful all day, and especially at golden hour. Living room also has a fireplace and white oak floors throughout the whole upstairs. While the newly renovated upstairs/main living space is the focal point and what is available to rent, our downstairs may be available upon request. Downstairs has two bedrooms and a small bathroom. If you are looking for something with an older feel, then downstairs is for you. The front garden beds feature a lemon and fig tree, and the back yard offers great privacy with very tall, lush plants and bushes surrounding the perimeter. We have used the bushes in our backyard as a backdrop for headshots! Seating area also available in the backyard with a gas fireplace. Primary bedroom not available, but primary bathroom (in photos) is available upon request.
