A fully functional specialty coffee shop with a great modern open airy vibe. The space includes a large common area with huge table with bright light from large windows. A large outdoor patio area complete with lighting and furnature. Coffee shop is fully functional with a custom fire bronze colored La Marzocco Linea 3 group espresso machine (can be re-colored for additional fee), Multiple La Marzocco and Malhkonig Grinders as well as all regular functional supplies, sinks etc. Coffee beens, milks, etc can be provided at additional costs. A huge bonus is that this location is the in-house coffee shop for DeHaven Camera Studio rentals, a full service rental facility. With a large inventory of camera, grip and lighting equipment we can provide all your production needs all from a single location, show up and shoot! There is even a full color and edit suite on site that can be rented for an additional cost. The Coffee Shop is a sperate building on the same property so we are here full time to support your shoot!
