For filming unfortunately there is some freeway traffic noise in the back yard, however inside and the front yard it is not heard. Lots of parking. Tons of street parking plus 2 huge lots one block south (Ralphs/Trader Joes/ Starbucks/ Restaurants). Inside STUDIO AREA, easy access to freeways.
