Picturesque Rolling Hills Farm and High-End Barn

Free Dreaming Farm is a 15-acre rolling hills property featuring a high-end, renovated tobacco barn. Designed by one of Nashville's top interior design firms, the barn boasts a three seasons porch and usable kitchen if needed. The 3000+ sq. foot structure is ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, creative workshops, and curated events. Inside the barn sits a 1956 classic Spartan trailer which has been renovated and decorated back to its original condition—it makes for a fun backdrop or prop. We also have two RV hookups on the side of the barn which can be used for movie trailers, crew vans, or tour buses. For film/TV production, we provide access to our 650 square ft. "man cave", complete with a bathroom, kitchen, and plenty of room to store equipment and relax between takes. For a small additional fee, we offer the two-bedroom, one-bathroom loft above the main house, which can be used as a green room or changing area for artists/talent. Coffee bar is offered for shoots that start before 10am, and tea and filtered water is available for all day shoots. We have several restaurant/catering recommendations as well for productions requiring meals.
