There is NO ELECTRICITY, NO HEAT or A/C, and NO BATHROOM. *Bathroom can possibly be made available with prior arrangements. Otherwise there is a Starbucks 3 min away. If you wish to have a micro-wedding, most people have seated additional guests outside (there is a parking pad) while the officiant and couple are inside the greenhouse. Yes, additional guests (over 8) can come but you will have to provide seating and know that they will be out in the elements (rain or shine). MAX people 16 due to space and parking restraints. FAQ's: - Can we bring an extension cord and space heater? --- No, unfortunately not. This goes against my insurance policy AND it doesn't work.
