The Mountain retreat is sitting at 5,000 ft elevation on mountain ridge next to Sequoia National park. It's a private land of 120 acres with 9 cabins sleeping in total 32 people. There are also communal buildings such as Yoga Studio, Restaurant/kitchen, Rec Room. Amazing views of the mountains and sunset/sunrise. It's perfect for group of 15-30 people for having a retreat as a company, Yoga retreat, all kinds of other meditation/motivational speaking/etc events. But also singing/dancing and other artistic classes/courses. Photoshoots and film is another good use. It's secluded with no neighbors, so lots of options to be away and not be bothered. all together it's well over 10,000 sqft in cabins & other spaces.
