This clean, modern, industrial loft is located in the heart of the Pearl District. The 2 story East facing window fills the loft with natural light, and has 10 and 15' ceilings. You'll have views of the historic Pearl District, as well as the Steel, Freemont, and Broadway bridges, the train station, convention center, and and inner East side. There is also w 2nd story west facing window for afternoon sun. All windows have motorized block out shades. All lighting is on dimmers. The space is completely open other than 2 full bathrooms, and offers multiple sitting areas, an open modern/euro black and steel kitchen, and dry stack fireplace. The master bath is matte black tile on the floor, walls, and in the shower. This loft is prefect for lifestyle and product photo shoots.
