A one-of-a-kind custom built studio by artist Jimmy Tomorrow, complete with small performance stage, treehouse, koi ponds, and recording studio. The property is located at the base of the Cascade Mountains, with beautiful views of the mountain range. At the back of the property runs the Wallace River, which makes for a timeless natural setting. A perfect combination of modern abstract art and pristine nature all in one. Besides the art studio in a natural rural environment is a two-story house (1700 square foot 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms) that can be utilized as an additional rental. The music studio is primarily set up as a rehearsal space, but can be utilized for recordings. The stage can be used for small gigs and intimate performances. The entire house, backyard, river, and art studio would make for a lovely retreat location, small wedding venue, intimate and unique performance location, or weekend getaway. It’s a great overall location for a photo shoot, and has been used as such by local photographers and videographers.
