Includes a heated pool and spa, outdoor bocce ball court, fire pit, glimpses of downtown, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and an expansive game room with a poker table, ping pong table, foosball table, dartboard, board games and more. This space is a 4 story craftsman style home originally built in 1956 and fully remodeled in 2016. The lower two floors each have their own kitchen and large living spaces with multiple tables, couches, and chairs. The top floor is the master bedroom with a skyline view, and the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a small living area. There is a large southern-style front porch with plenty of seating and a large back deck with a table, benches, and chairs. Perfect for large groups, photo shoots, video shoots, corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers, pool parties, happy hours, and more. Not well suited for raging parties -- we live in a very quiet residential neighborhood with a strict HOA.
