Modern Natural Light Farmhouse

Beginning November 1, the home will be decorated for Christmas. This includes exterior lighting, as well as professionally decorated interior decor and trees. Christmas decor may not be moved during bookings (including Christmas trees). Pictures and videos of the seasonal decor will be provided prior to bookings by request. This new modern farmhouse was completed in March of 2022. The fully custom home boasts a 32 foot cathedral ceiling great room accompanied by two complete walls of windows for optimal natural light. The open-concept floor plan is complimented by white walls, 63 custom black windows, light white oak flooring, custom beams, two quartzite islands (one waterfall), professional appliances, floor to ceiling tall shiplap fireplace, custom tile, high end furniture, minimalist decor, and a neutral color palette. The front of the home is accented with beautiful native landscaping and a circle drive approach. The back yard features a large stone fire pit with seating for 6 and an in-ground trampoline. The back two acres of the property are home to 20+ Nigerian Dwarf goats, two Great Pyrenees, and family of the sweetest barn cats you will ever meet. Please read host rules before arriving onsite.
