About the space Our newly renovated Mid Century Modern, Napa home is perfect for lifestyle or product video and photo shoots, dinner or cocktail parties. Its open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and abundant windows allow for tons of natural light at all hours of the day. We've minimally decorated, leaving plenty of room for your own props or decor touches. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. There’s plenty of parking for crew, talent, or guests. Our back gate opens up to a tree lined dog park, and offers a forest feel in the backyard. Logistics During your event, you will have access to all parts of the house that are pictured (Front yard, driveway, backyard (roughly 1000 sqft), kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms, as well as the wet bar and 2 bathrooms (not pictured)). The front door opens to a spacious family room with one large L couch and stylish and inviting decor. The kitchen, living, and dining room sits opposite the family room and is all available for use. Two french doors open and lead you from the wet bar to the spacious and private backyard. There is one room (not pictured) that can be used for staging gear if needed. We will coordinate access after your booking has been confirmed.
