In 15 minutes you can be standing on a mountain top overlooking Latigo Point, or dipping your toes in the crisp Pacific Ocean. There are two dwellings on the property - one a 950 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen, patio and hot tub; the other a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom "castle" (an old 1950's water cistern converted into a unique living space).
