Manchester Suburb Victorian House with Architectural redesign

In the suburbs of South Manchester in Chorlton close to Central Manchester. What looks like a traditional Victorian house has a double height architectural extension giving excess space and light great for shoots. We experience with other location shoots and often get feedback that the house is like a London city home situated in the Northwest. The large open plan living and kitchen area has two large picture windows and a statement pivot door leading onto the rear garden. There is a separate living space also with a picture window allowing lots of light and an appearance of great space. The house has 4 bedrooms including a children’s bedroom. There are three bathrooms with modernist tiles giving a great blank canvas for a range of shoots. Throughout the house there is a harmony of modern and traditional features. A fully open plan layout downstairs, large slim framed windows/door, polished concrete floor with period features such as stripped wooden doors, sash windows, fireplaces and original staircase. The interior is minimal with white paints walls in all rooms and freestanding furniture that can be moved as required. The garden has architectural designed brick boundary walls, with a good sized lawn, corten planted flower beds and concrete patio. There is side access to the house and outside electrical plugs.
