The space includes the main living area in a beautiful antique country home surrounded by 11 acres. Built in 1719, the space features a gourmet kitchen with sitting area, fireplace, island and 11 foot dining table. The living area wraps around the center fireplace to a living room with ample seating and second fireplace. The original stone porch has been closed in and fully heated and features a lovely lounge area, perfect for quiet reflection. You can even see the original outside of the house, complete with an original window. In addition, there is a media room with sectional sofa, pool/ping pong table and wood burning stove. Decorated with an eclectic flair, it is warm and homey with cool, quirky places to hang out and relax or mediate and align with the good vibes the space has to offer. It's a little weird, somewhat gypsy and a lot magic. There is also access to an exercise space on the second floor with indoor climbing wall. There is outdoor seating, access to two outdoor dining areas, two outdoor fire pits and a 9 person hot tub just outside the beautiful French doors leading out from what was the original stone porch just off the kitchen. The property has hiking trails on site and is adjacent to a nature preserve with additional hiking trails which can be accessed directly from the property. A lovely stream flows across the land, and there are two more fire pits across a bridge, perfect to sit and listen to Mother Nature and her elements. It really is a magical space with a well thought out design for entertaining small or large gatherings.
