This space is production-ready! Additional rooms can be made available for cast and crew holding, video village, etc. Production equipment & lighting rentals are also available! Inquire with host. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 3rd floor of the building. The surrounding area is remarkably safe. Underground parking is available for $10 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle to the parking attendant named Benito.
