We are offering our front or back studio space for shoots (fine art/gallery/exhibition, commercial, clothing/fashion/jewelry, family portraits, dance, filming, etc.) Our front space (630 sq ft) has natural lighting and antique furniture. Our back space (357 sq ft) has four white walls with bright studio lighting. Only one space can be booked at a time. I will be working in the space not in use. Front and back space includes: - Bathroom/dressing room - Parking - Kitchen - High speed wifi - 2 Softbox Lights - 2 Folding Tables - 4 Folding Chairs - Ladder - Large Floor Length Mirror - Back drop stand - 3 linen table cloths - 4 linen curtain panels *Back space also includes a clothing rack Rentable: - Wood Easel - Projector
